Conference Goals

  • To break down barriers between parents and educators in order to work together to help Native American students to get the quality education they deserve.

  • To heighten awareness of ways in which parents can better prepare their children for the educational and social challenges in life.  Emphasis will be placed on behavior, coping skills, peer relations, health, and community.

  • To provide resources and information that will help teachers of American Indian students make a better connection to their students, resulting in increased academic achievement.

Audience

  • Native American parents and families and people who work with them.

  • Professional educators, including teachers, principals, and program administrators at all educational levels.

  • Community and health service providers.

Vendors and Exhibitors

Vendor/Exhibitor Booths: One Day: $100   Whole Conference: $150

One 6’ table and two chairs are provided.  An extra table and chairs may be provided by vendor/exhibitor.  Vendors and exhibitors will have exposure to other Prescott Resort guests as well as conference participants.  *One meal package is included.  Extra packages are $15 per person per day.
